The prospective buyer is one of the global player in the field of paper and flexible packaging industry with more than 50 manufacturing units of specialty packaging worldwide. They have great position in smooth and rough molded fiber products business, release films, flexible packaging, food service paper cups and other products based on paper forming technology.  The company has evolved from a multi-industry company into a consumer packaging specialist through a series of almost 150 company acquisitions and divestments during the last 20 years.

 

The prospective buyer is looking for global acquisition opportunities in the paper and flexible packaging industry and will consider companies for sale in Romania with any Revenue and EBITDA, and it also has a specific interest in transactions resulting in a Controlling ownership position. The company should be capable of manufacturing or production and should be located in Eastern Europe.
