Construction company with extensive experience in the execution of civil works, infrastructure and water supply networks, with multiple facilities owned (concrete station, sorting station, polygon prefab metal workshop and joinery, own car park, equipment, storage facility of 15,000 sq. m) is looking for a business partner.

The company is located in the central part of Romania.
It should be noted that in the area are planned major infrastructure works: roads and railways as part of the Pan-European corridor IV.
The company is seeking a partner in order to:
- Complete the works already contracted and started under existing contracts - remaining works related to contracts in progress are worth Euro 4.5 million
- Exploite the new business opportunities in the area, in the field of construction and infrastructure.
The company also owns 38,000 sq. m land plot, divided for housing / residential development with existing project. The company is equally interested to find a business partner with whom to develop or to take this potential property that they own.
