The Romanian Business Exchange joins the Social Economy Development Foundation in launching the Romanian Social Business Development Consortium (RSBDC), designed to develop and promote social entrepreneurship in Romania

The Romanian Business Exchange, the leading business matching platform in Romania, joined the Social Economy Development Foundation in establishing the Romanian Social Business Development Consortium (RSBDC), a social enterprise collaboration designed to assist local social entrepreneurs.
The goal of the Romanian Social Business Development Consortium is to help organizations and individuals establish and scale social enterprises that create jobs and revenue, with a minimum impact on the environment.
RBEX has advised several social entrepreneurs in the matter of financing and business development, preparing the business plans and presenting them to financial institutions/lenders, as all as providing tax & fiscal advice.
So it was only a matter of time before RBEX decided to get involved in social business activities and use its well-known international business network and solid relationship with Romanian and international financial institutions (banks and investment funds) for social business purposes as well.
The Romanian Social Business Development Consortium will combine SEDF's knowledge in developing social entrepreneurshipwith RBEX’s experience in international business development, empowering individuals and organizations in building an engaged community of social enterprises that can better served the needs of their local communities.
The Romanian Social Business Development Consortium (RSBDC) is delivering the following support services for social enterprises in Romania:
Feasibility studies, business plans and Fundraising advisory
Legal and tax advice
Interim management for the start-up period of the social enterprises
Training on social economy, management and social entrepreneurship
Sales and Marketing support, networking
Matchmaking public-private partnerships so the social entrepreneurs can benefit from the unused public resources
